Where’s God?

Hello Beloved One,

Saints, sages, monks and holy ones from every spiritual tradition have taught humanity about our relationship with God. What they discovered wasn’t just for them, but it is the eternal promise and path for us all.

It is the call of every soul to know and live as the Light and Love of God.

How about You? Are you knowing and living as the Light and Love of God in every area of your Life?

Our relationship with Life is a result of our relationship with God. For if God is all there is, then what you see and think, how you feel and what you say will show up in your experience life.

Ready for your relationship with God to transform your life in a greater way?

Do you know every time you repeat a Name of God, you literally are “practicing the Presence?” You are inviting God to show up. And when God shows up…solutions show up, healing shows up, grace shows up, blessings show up.

What thoughts, feelings, words and actions do you consistently repeat? …maybe even repeat over and over???

Do you focus on “Names of God” like qualities of Love, Peace, Freedom, Wholeness, Clarity, Joy etc.? Or are you focused on qualities of fear? Like judgment, sickness, separation or death etc.?

“God is Love, Whoever lives in Love, lives in God, and God in them.” – 1John 4:16

Living consciously as the Light and Love of God; Your Awareness of God, knowing God, and experiencing God, only happens through you and your personal relationship with God.

To experience God, simply speak or sing a Name of God (a Name of Good) anywhere at any time, either silently or out loud. Try it when you are feeling deeply fearful, judging someone or simply driving or cleaning the house.

Practices of The Remembrance of God’s Name are given in all the sacred traditions.

For example, the Eastern practice of Mantra Yoga or Japa yoga is the practice of continuously repeating and remembering the Name of God. (i.e. Aum Namaha Shivaiya-The Eternal)

A Mantra (what we think or say over and over) is a name of God.

What are your mantras? Your names of God? Are you naming qualities of Love or qualities of fear and error?

What are the thoughts that you are repeating and continuously thinking, saying, feeling and acting upon?

One of my main “mantras” is saying the Name of Jesus Christ over and over. By repeating this Name of God, both silently and out loud, I always feel “God” after saying it. I always feel better.

Another easy and delightful way to Practice the Presence of God in our daily lives is to “Sing the Name of God.” Singing a Name of God invokes the living Presence, Power, Life and Energy of God. A powerful mantra of affirmation repeated vibrates the Light of holy Truth, and transforms the thoughts and feelings that are expressions of the qualities of fear and error.

The words simply are:

God’s the Love that I Am

God’s the Love that I Am

God’s the Love that I Am

God’s the Love I Am

You can substitute Love with any quality of God that you want to experience.

I.e. God’s the Peace that I Am.

This short, yet powerful chant fully activates the Presence of God. 💕

Too simple to be effective, and maybe even silly? I promise if you sit quietly and sing along with this for a couple of minutes, you will feel more peace, more hope and experience more grace about whatever you are dealing with.

This next couple of weeks, I invite you to sing or say your remembrance of God, and watch where Good shows up. Share with me if you are guided.

I am awed, delighted and grateful for how the Presence and Power of God shows up as YOU.

Love,

Catherine
