My Story

Hi, I’m Reverend Catherine Dollahite,
a woman who has lived joy and heartbreak; has walked through valleys and sat on mountaintops; and has been carried, again and again, by a Love that never lets go. My life is a living testimony to one truth: 
Resurrection is real. And it happens from the inside out. 

Born with a heart bursting with joy, my very first breath met resistance. I entered this world ready to celebrate life, only to find that life would be complex, chaotic, and often painful. Even as a small child, I was intimately aware of God's Presence.
Talking with God every night, reaching up with simple pure faith that never wavered. 

I grew up surrounded by contradictions: 
A mother who loved deeply but believed she was a sinner. 
A father who believed in a loving God but often lived lost in his own pain. 
Love was real, but so was abandonment, confusion, and broken trust. 
Through it all, God was my constant. 

At 13, I left the Catholic Church, but I never left God. 
Instead, I embarked on a lifelong journey of seeking, questioning, healing, and transforming.
Traveling across continents, praying in ancient holy sites, and encountering the living Christ in deeply personal, mystical ways. 

The turning point came at 36 years old, at Mother Mary’s house in Ephesus, Turkey. 
Slain in the Spirit, I encountered a Love that has never left me. 
Christ became not a concept, but my center, my teacher, my life. 

Since then, every step has been a pilgrimage of healing: 
healing the wounded child, healing the body wracked with pain and disease, and healing the old patterns of fear around money, family, and my own worth. 

The Foundation That Holds This Work 

Before I ever stood as a spiritual mentor, I spent 24 years in the business world. Leading teams, developing people, creating new systems, and managing high-stakes operations across corporate America. I became a skilled people developer, trainer, problem-solver, and mentor long before my official ministry ever began. 

This background gave me the practical experience to meet people where they are: 
with clarity, with compassion, and with a focus on real, sustainable growth. 

In 2002, I was ordained as a Minister through the Christ Church of Co-Creation. Soon after, I founded Graceful Living Ministries . A sacred space dedicated to healing, wholeness, and the embodiment of the living Christ within us. 

Over the past two decades, I have: 

• Mentored hundreds of individuals, couples, and leaders nationwide 

• Taught, facilitated, and co-created programs in churches, businesses, and retreats 

• Co-facilitated spiritual leadership retreats and sacred healing circles 

• Led groups on spiritual pilgrimages across the world 

• Trained others in spiritual mentoring and healing practices 

• Continually committed to my own deep inner transformation, growth, and service
