Experiencing Change? Spiritual Practice Matters
Hello Beloved One,
Powerful evolutionary forces, often hidden, stir the cycles of change.
The progress of growth and change that takes place deep within a human being, becomes expressed and manifest as the character and culture of the outer world.
Are you experiencing change?
Tremendous change can push you to the shaky edge of who you believe you are, and the world is.
With spiritual practice, you can experience;
An inner strength and peace
A real sense of stability
A felt power of resilience
And most importantly, an embodied “knowing” of your True Self
Deeply linked to human resilience is a relationship with Spirit.
Spiritual resiliency is the ability to maintain or regain inner strength.
And It takes practice!
Instead of “Suck it up, Buttercup,” you have within you the ability to consciously initiate change.
Change is the nature of all life.
For it is written you “are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.” – 2 Corinthians 3:17
Come willingly to your “prayer chair” each day in Spiritual Practice. Sit still in the seat of your soul to find what is True for you in your own heart.
Listen.
Identify what you cherish.
Discover what is real for you. Healing for you. Peace for you.
Let that guide you in deepening your faith to assist you in changing from the inside out.
View and print the worksheet, “What is Spiritual Practice?” created for Graceful Ways and learn why it’s important to develop this in your life.
Today is a time of extreme change. Whether good or bad, undeniably big things are happening now, and probably never experienced before in your life time.
The greatest gift you have is the Power of choice.
The Power of free will.
You have the power to react and act.
The power of how to perceive yourself, others and your world.
When your reaction isn’t in alignment with Love, and when your ability to act and to see is shrouded in fear, come (run!) to your spiritual practice.
When what rises up on inside or outside of you that is bad, wrong, or very scary, it is actually a Blessing in disguise.
Those outer experiences and internal reactions are openings to bring up what was hidden and frozen below the surface of your awareness.
Why? To be transformed and healed.
🙏Practice daily:
Stop limited thinking. Think about Truth instead.
Heal deep feelings of powerlessness.
Through understanding, surrender old beliefs of victimization.
Practice letting go of dependency on something outside of yourself.
No more being vulnerable, influenced, controlled, and maybe even entertained by fear.
You are so much more than the greatest challenges you have to face. You have been made for times like this.
And…YOU ARE NOT ALONE😇.
Consistently connect to your True Self, and develop resiliency at every level of your being.
You can thrive in great times of change. You’ve got the Spiritual resiliency you need to contribute to this time.
Awaken to the fullness of your True Self. Open to new ideas, possibilities, and solutions.
Give thanks for this rare and precious convergence of the “Greater Yet to Be.”
